Nature through observation and taste
Guided wild herb discovery
Together with an expert guide, you’ll explore the surroundings of Ütia L’Tama while learning how to recognize wild herbs, alpine plants, and their properties. Walking through alpine meadows and mountain paths, you’ll discover how these plants have long been part of mountain culture, used in traditional cuisine and everyday alpine life.
The experience is further enriched by a visit to Ütia L’Tama’s small botanical garden, created to offer a broader overview of alpine biodiversity and the opportunity to observe many local herbs and plants up close.
After the excursion, the experience continues with an aperitivo featuring wild herbs and local ingredients, a chance to discover the mountains through their flavors as well.
An authentic moment to slow down, immerse yourself in nature, and experience the alpine landscape in a more mindful way.
