Ütia de Börz is committed to compliance with workplace safety, privacy, and other regulations, ensuring a safe and protected environment for employees and customers, allowing everyone to work with peace of mind.

Sustainable amenity line

We replaced single-use amenities with high-quality local products in refillable dispensers, reducing plastic use and waste, supporting local producers, and continuously lowering our ecological footprint in line with sustainability goals.

Sustainability practices for employees

We have set sustainability guidelines for all employees, promoting water and energy saving and eco-friendly behaviors. Each team member is trained to actively contribute to our sustainability mission.

Guest awareness

We installed information signs across our properties to raise sustainability awareness, offering tips on water and energy saving, waste separation, and respecting nature. Guest feedback helps us continuously improve our actions.

Sustainability events

The 2024 Sustainability Summit organised at Ütia de Börz fostered dialogue on responsible tourism, focusing on food waste reduction, sustainable travel experiences, and socioeconomic impacts on mountain communities, with workshops encouraging conscious food choices.

Plogging bags

We provide our guests with plogging bags made from ecological materials, encouraging them to collect litter during their mountain adventures. This small gesture helps protect the alpine environment and invites everyone to actively care for the landscapes they explore.

Kronplatz Guest Pass

Your stay at Ütia de Börz includes the Kronplatz Guest Pass, giving you easy, sustainable, and stress-free access to the surrounding area and the entire region of South Tyrol by public transport.

The pass allows free and unlimited use of all public transportation in South Tyrol for the duration of your stay, including buses, regional trains and some cablecars. It also includes free ski buses in the Puster Valley and the San Vigilio Dolomites.

By choosing public transport, you travel comfortably while reducing your environmental footprint. Simply validate the pass before each journey and carry a valid ID with you.
